Have had no problems at all with Nature Made Vitamin C Supplement Caplets 500 mg 100-Count Tablets (Pack of 3) and recommend them to everybody- there's a boatload of research showing many benefits of Vitamin C. And you don't have to worry about overdosing- since its a water soluble vitamin you just pee out the excess.
