I used this citric acid to make mozzarella cheese. It worked quite well for that purpose imparting sufficient acidity to the milk without imparting unpleasant metallic aftertaste some citric acids can give. My only complaint is that the shipping was quite expensive relative to the value of the item. I noticed a local Whole Food store carrying this product at the same price ($4.99) so I won't be purchasing it over the Internet any more.More detail ...
